June Favorites (workout/meals)

I have been loving this superset during leg day. This first movement on the top picture is a cable squat, followed by the picture on the bottom which is a lunge. The lunge is a barbell lunge with the front leg elevated and the barbell is between the legs.

This has been my favorite snack for the last few weeks. It is well balanced and fresh for summer.

-1 cup PLAIN greek yogurt (super high in protein low in fat/carbs)

-blueberries

-bananas

-watermelon

-chia seeds on top

-honey (raw organic)

I never really know what to have for lunch because I am a true breakfast lovaaa and dinner is pretty simple to create. This wrap has been my go to.

-1 low carb tortilla (la tortilla factory...best macros/calories ever)

-Hummus and avocado

-Grilled chicken

-Fetta cheese

-Arugula

-Tomatoes

Last but not least, I have been LOVING these RX Bars. One thing to take into consideration is that they are high in calories and don't contain as much protein as normal protein bars do. They have been my on the go pre-workout "meal" since I have been going to the gym early. (my favorite flavor so far is the sea-salt chocolate. thats why it's not in the picture... I ate them all oops!)
